To ensure equipment integrity during transportation, shock detection and recording devices can also be installed on transformers. These systems make it possible to monitor transport conditions and ensure full traceability through to on-site delivery.

To meet these requirements, celduc® transfo provides complete management of logistics operations: loading, securing, custom packaging adapted to sea, road, or air transport conditions, as well as the organization of worldwide shipments.

Comprehensive on-site services
Upon request, celduc® transfo teams can support customers through to the complete commissioning of the transformer. Our on-site services include equipment installation and assembly, electrical connections, on-site testing and inspections, installation acceptance, and start-up assistance.
We also provide training sessions for operation and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment handling and safe operation.
Maintenance and spare parts availability
To ensure continuity of operations, celduc® transfo offers maintenance and technical support services tailored to each customer’s needs. Our teams can intervene on-site worldwide as quickly as possible, including on offshore oil platforms. Our technicians hold the certifications and authorizations required to work in these demanding environments with reinforced safety constraints.
Thanks to our field expertise, we are able to carry out inspection, diagnostic, preventive, and corrective maintenance operations directly on customer installations, ensuring the long-term reliability and availability of the equipment.
As part of our commitment to equipment longevity, celduc® transfo also guarantees the supply of transformer spare parts for up to 30 years. This commitment enables our customers to secure their installations over the long term and ensure ongoing equipment availability.
Comprehensive technical documentation
Each transformer is delivered with a complete manufacturer documentation package containing all technical documents required for operation and maintenance. This package notably includes 3D drawings, winding and auxiliary electrical diagrams, test reports, transport, storage and operating instructions, as well as safety data sheets and accessory documentation.
This detailed documentation ensures full equipment traceability and facilitates installation, maintenance, and monitoring operations throughout the entire transformer lifecycle.
